The International Dairy Federation, The International Organization for Standardization, The Russian Dairy Union, The National Dairy Committee of Russia and the North-Caucasus State Technical University invite you to:
"IDF/ISO Analytical Week, 17-22 May 2009, Sochi, Russia".

The IDF/ISO Analytical Week is the yearly main event for experts in the field of methods of analysis and sampling for milk and milk products.

The event consists of IDF and ISO business meetings, including IDF Standing Committees, and IDF/ISO Joint Action Teams, and a symposium on "Tools to preserve the integrity of the dairy supply chain".

For the first time the event will take place in the Southern part of Russia in the city of Sochi from 17 to 22 May, 2009.

We do hope that the programme, comprising meetings, technical and social tours will provide a remarkable impression of the milk sector in the region but also of the rich multinational culture and cuisine, and the picturesque nature and architecture.
